CLASS DESCRIPTION:

The land's medicine is all around us. Tending to Our Wounds: Herbal First Aid Basics explores

plant medicine and its applications to everyday wounds and ailments. Utilizing the framework of conventional first aid kits and paying special attention to local flora, Tending to Our Wounds will dive into common first aid plant medicines, their herbal actions, and the best preparation methods. Class will include plant medicine making demos and plant medicine sampling. By the end of the class, participants will have a richer understanding of which herbs to include in their own personal first aid kits for the care of themselves and their loved ones.


INSTRUCTOR BIO:
