Carpenters are everywhere at all times! Carpenters construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Carpenters are involved in everything from the building of highways, bridges, homes, and apartments, to the many residential tasks such as the installation of kitchen cabinets, windows, partitions, and doors.
Craft Well is excited to provide carpentry courses, classes and workshops that will equip folks with a wide range of experiences that will take the novices to beginners, enthusiasts to being a competent carpenter or an intermediate carpenter to an advanced or specialized framer. Our carpentry methodology will be based on practical skill acquisition as well as specialized skill development focused on condition specific framing systems/structures like roof framing, stair building, octagonal framing, wall framing, etc. Our hope is that folks will find joy in the work, inform their confidence in solving household problems, and may inspire people to find a career in the trade.
